A) Winter Shipping information

●All orders will be shipped on Mondays to avoid being stuck in the mail over the weekend.

●Please select the fastest shipping available.

●Shipping will pause during a polar vortex or other severe weather events. 

●Without a insulated box sipping will pause if your location and or Calgary are below -5 degrees celsius. With a insulated box I will ship as low as -15 degrees celsius. 

●Please email livefishfoodcanada@gmail.com if you need to ship in colder weather so we can work out the price for a larger box and a heat pack.
