Refund policy

DOA

● Summer  and winter shipping requires a insulated box for DOA Policy. Small insulated box only fits 3 units. Medium insulated box fits 8. Large Insulated Box fits 25. 

●Spring and Fall shipping do not require an insulated box if the temperature range during the length of the shipment say between 10°c to 20°c at both Calgary and your location. 

●Any dead on arrival will be replaced if you have selected the fastest shipping possible and comply with the rest of the DOA Policy. 

● If there is a DOA livefishfoodcanada@gmail.com must receive an email within 2 hours of delivery. 

●Replacement will be shipped as soon as weather allows. 

●Shipping is non refundable once your package has shipped. 

 Shipping 

 

●I will hold all shipments if the temperature is above 25°c or below -20°c at either Calgary (starting point) or the final destination (your location). They will ship the next Monday that the weather is more appropriate for live shipping. 

●Canada post strike doesn't affect shipping. Your shipment will come through UPS. You will still receive a tracking number.

●Shipping will be on Mondays unless you email and request it is shipped another day. If Monday is a holiday it will ship Tuesday
